We are constantly in a lookout for a better shipping partner. This compels us to choose the best cost effective shipping partner for a specific region of India.

-As of now Amuze Records does not ship outside India as it is extremely expensive. However, if anyone wants to get any physical copy delivered outside India should contact us at email@example.com
-Depending upon your location in India, the shipping may take as long as 15 days. Hence patience is appreciated
-Order cannot be cancelled once your order is shipped.
-Shipping details are generally available after 24-48 hrs of making a successful purchase.
-Due to logistical issues we cannot ship anything to certain places in India. They are Nagaland, Manipur, Sikkim, Mizoram and J&K.
-All our products include cost of shipping unless you want it delivered somewhere outside India.
The payment partners, which we use, are liable for any kind of payment obstruction, refund delay or stalled payment.

-A payment once done can not reversed from our end unless there is a cancellation/refund process initiated.
-Please read the terms & conditions imposed by the payment partners for paying online.
-Do not share your personal & banking details directly with us. No one from our end will ever call for your personal details and/or banking information. Keep those safe.
-Do not save your banking information on our website. We do not encourage that. Each time you buy something, do a fresh log-in and proceed for payment.
-Failed payments do not come to us. So if you happen to be facing any such situations, please contact the payment partner or your card/bank/digital wallet company. However, we have seen that refund in these cases are initiated and made back to the account within 02 – 48 hours.
